At digital Transfer we are continuing to work on improving the site and services for our friends and followers. There is always so much to do, sometimes it is hard to know where to start! However, today we are pleased to announce that we have completed developing an additional service that facilitates a new way for recruiters to get in touch with agencies who have advertised on our FREE job board. 

We hate 'cold calls' from recruiters as much as you do - so the new Recruiters, Submit a CV button should help reduce some of those unsolicited phone calls.

Our aim is to create a more efficient way of connecting our direct advertisers with the best possible talent available - regardless of whether they come from an individual looking for their next role or from an experienced recruiter.

Cold calling has become a professional sport in the recruitment industry. While there are many who excel at this handset sport, the ones who are not reflect poorly on the industry. This has caused many agencies to advertise vacancies themselves, engaging talent directly and hanging up on time wasting recruiters.

This new function will allow recruiters to approach agencies with real talent for a particular role. We are all about connecting talent with great companies and believe that this function will help save precious time for everyone involved.
